DirectorAs a co-founder of Echlin, Mark previously had worked in senior positions with luxury brands including Harrods, Mulberry and Burberry amongst other boutique fashion marques. Alongside his career in the global fashion industry, Mark built up an extensive property portfolio primarily in Central London going on to focus on speculative residential property development, his aim to create a reputable brand to be recognised for forward-thinking design and quality. -
Sam McNally
Co-Founder
DirectorPrior to co-founding Echlin, Sam managed a successful bespoke furniture and equipment specialist supplying some of the UK’s most respected property developers and world’s most reputable design houses. Sam went on to carry out his own successful residential developments, after which the Sunday Times dubbed him as young developer to watch. With an acute eye for detail, Sam heads up Echlin’s design team ensuring each project is realised in line with the company ethos. -
Steve Clinch
Partner, Architect
BA (Hons) Dip(Arch) ARBAward-winning architect Steve brings with him exceptional technical building knowledge and sensitive design flair acquired through 17 years’ experience on large scale commercial and residential projects around the UK, three of which gaining RIBA awards. As a designer, Steve excels at translating a design brief into strong, innovative and meaningful design solutions that fit their aesthetic environments. -
Nick Rees
Partner, Architect
MA (Hons) MArch ARBNick has over 15 years experience in architecture and development management. Previously working at a well-known pioneering property firm, he has been responsible for the design and management of hundreds of thousands of square feet of luxury mixed-use real estate around the world. Nick balances exceptional design skills with a strong commercial acumen and has joined the team to drive growth and performance. -
Samuel Pye
Creative Director
Trained in architecture, Samuel joined Echlin over eleven years ago after working on major design projects and in Prime Central London property. Combining architectural and interior design expertise with sharp sales and marketing instincts, he guides the creative direction of Echlin’s project portfolio, brand identity, marketing, and client collaborations. Known for his attention to detail and innovative approach, Samuel ensures that Echlin’s ethos is reflected in every project. -
Morgan Even
Marketing Manager
With experience across high-end hospitality and residential brands, Morgan shapes Echlin’s marketing. She previously worked with Manhattan Loft Corporation, leading brand and marketing collateral for projects such as The Stratford Hotel, and with award-winning architecture practices. She holds a master’s in Product Design and has international experience, including hands-on work with makers. Her strategic storytelling connects projects with audiences and elevates brands. -
Fabien Pinault
Associate
DE-HMONP DIP (Arch) ARB RIBAFabien is an RIBA and ARB chartered architect and design enthusiast, with over 13 years’ experience across museums, workplaces, and high-end residential schemes. Having studied in France, Spain, and the UK, he has a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects, honing his skills on both international and UK commissions while working with renowned London practices including John Pawson and Piercy & Company. Diligent and driven, he brings a passionate, upbeat approach. -
Manon Decoster
Project Architect
BA(Hons) MArch(Hons) ARBManon is an ARB chartered architect with experience spanning London and São Paulo. She brings an impressive portfolio of projects across both commercial and residential sectors, from large mixed-use schemes to a luxury residential tower in Central London. Having previously worked at globally respected practices including DSDHA and AHMM, she combines design expertise with a worldly perspective, cultivated through her experiences overseas. -
Scott Douch

BA (Hons) MArch PG Cert ARB RIBAScott brings a wealth of experience to the Echlin design team. A residential expert, he has designed and delivered many exceptional homes across London, working from concept all the way through the RIBA design stages. He is passionate about environmental design and understands the important relationship between internal and external spaces. -
Laura Milton
Interior Designer
Laura joins Echlin having worked for award-winning practices and has seen multiple projects through from concept to completion across the residential, commercial and hospitality sectors. She brings a wealth of experience and supplier knowledge alongside a passion for art, culture and sustainability. -
Jo Wood
Interior Designer
A qualified and accomplished Graphic Designer, Jo retrained several years ago in her true passion, Interior Design. Already with many projects under her belt from time with esteemed practices like Johnson Naylor, she joins Echlin bringing impeccable taste, knowledge and presentation skills. Jo has affinity for Scandinavian design, an enthusiasm to broaden her experience and a keen eye for maximising the potential of projects. -
Jacob Hudson
Architect
BA (Hons) MArch PG Cert ARB RIBAJacob is an RIBA and ARB chartered architect with a background rooted in construction, a craft embedded in his family. Passionate about bringing new life into existing buildings, his work balances big-picture thinking with intricate detailing. His experience spans international masterplans and bespoke restoration of Grade I listed buildings, including prestigious historic landmarks and cultural projects, executed with sensitivity so even the smallest details contribute to success. -
Olga Smoili
Architect
BA(Hons), MArchOriginally from Athens, Olga studied architecture in the UK and has worked on projects ranging from listed building restorations in London to sustainable retrofits and large-scale residential schemes. With experience across all RIBA stages, she brings a passion for design and craftsmanship, and a particular strength in technical delivery. She draws inspiration from art and painting, which informs her approach and attention to detail. -
Esme Kilshaw
Architectural Assistant
With broad architectural experience across a variety of project types, including Paragraph 82 countryside homes and listed buildings, Esme has also worked on viability studies and planning applications for large-scale masterplan developments in and around London, covering all RIBA work stages. Alongside navigating challenging planning applications, she has developed a strong understanding of heritage-led design, historic structures, and conservation requirements. -
Jerry Florez
Architectural Assistant
BA(Hons), MArchColombian-born and London-raised, Jerry has experience in architecture, brand design, and photography. With work spanning public installations, community projects, and sculpture, his approach explores how crafted materials create a sense of place. His artwork has been exhibited at the Royal Academy, and his photography published by the likes of the Architects’ Journal, Dezeen, and Wallpaper*. -
Chris Bailey
Commercial & Operations Director
As a founder member of the team, Chris oversees all aspects of construction management, from contracts and legalities to feasibility analyses and commercial relations. He brings extensive experience in residential development management and contracting, having led his own construction team and delivered numerous luxury residential schemes. His background includes coordinating multi-million-pound build contracts across a range of sectors. -
