This industrial conversion, formerly a historic dairy dating back to the 1800s, sits on a quiet cobbled street a stone's throw from Kensington Gardens. Echlin’s role spans both design and marketing: handling the interior design of all 8 apartments and communal areas, the show-duplex FF&E design, and supporting the Developers - Black Treacle Holdings - with the sales and marketing strategy and delivery. For our interpretation of warehouse living, we sought a more mature basis for the style, elevating classic hallmarks like Crittall windows, metallic elements, and raw timber to feel more elegant and refined.
