  5. Project Overview

    Great Portland Estates plc commissioned Echlin to interior design the largest penthouse in their 2.3 acre residential, commercial and retail masterplan. The development, with architecture by MAKE, is a pivotal element in the regeneration of the east end of Oxford Street. The design for the penthouse was inspired by the heritage of the local area and the generous connection to nature, as Rathbone Square includes one of the first garden squares to be opened to the public in over 100 years.
