On Chelsea's oldest street, Echlin created a landmark residence that reinterpreted the traditional terraced home. The new five storey building replaced a much smaller dwelling on the same footprint, coupling striking contemporary design with classic proportions. As well as considerable press coverage and accolades, this project also achieved a record price for the address.
