In a JV with the Management Company representing the freehold interest of 36 leaseholders, Echlin has financed and obtained a valuable planning consent for a two-storey rooftop extension.

Designs by Echlin will create eight new apartments across 7,000ft² raising the block from five to seven storeys, with almost 25% of the new scheme to be outside space.
