In a JV with the Management Company representing the freehold interest of 36 leaseholders, Echlin completed a two-storey rooftop extension.

Designs by Echlin created eight new apartments across 7,000ft² raising the block from five to seven storeys, with almost 25% of the new scheme as outside space.
